Fornham St Genevieve is a village and civil parish in the St Edmundsbury district of Suffolk in eastern England. Located around 500m north of Fornham St Martin and a mile and half north of Bury St Edmunds, in 2005 its population was 110.[1] Its parish council is shared with neighbouring Fornham St Martin, and is known as Fornham St Martin cum St Genevieve Parish Council.

Fornham St Genevieve was plucked from the Fornham Hall estate (designed by Capability Brown) of which only the ancient tower of St Genevieve's church remains. The church itself was burned down in 1782. The tower is a grade II* listed structure.[2]

The history of Fornham Park involved the scene of the Battle of Fornham in 1173 where over 3000 Flemish mercenaries were slaughtered. Robert Whitehand Earl of Leicester put up his final stand against the forces of Henry II near the church.

The B1106 runs through the parish, crossing itself at a roundabout.[3]

Ingham Quarry is a sand and gravel quarry within the parish. It was first identified as a potential quarry site in 1983 and is subject to 29 conditions laid down by Suffolk County Council.[4] It is worked by Tarmac Ltd.[5]
