Guerra Sucia (Spanish for Dirty War) may refer to:

  • Guerra sucia: Offensive conducted by a regime against dissidents, marked by the use of torture and forced disappearance of civilians.[1]
    • Dirty War, (Argentina, 1976 and 1983) State-sponsored violence against dissident and other citizens carried out by Jorge Rafael Videla's military government.
    • Dirty War (Mexico), (1960s and 1970s) Internal conflict between the CIA backed PRI-party government and left-wing student and guerrilla groups.
    • Antiterrorist Liberation Groups (Spain, 1983 to 1987) illegal death squads established to fight the Basque separatist militas.
