Happy Channel is a television channel based in Bucharest, Romania. Launched in February 2006, it is part of the Intact group, owned by controversial businessman and politician Dan Voiculescu.
The TV channel is dedicated to femei de succes, femei independente ("successful women, independent women"), being in direct competition with Media PRO Acasă TV channel.
Former name and logo
The station was launched under the name Euforia Lifestyle TV.
