Harish Chandra Durgapal(Hindi: हरीश चंद्र दुर्गापाल)[1] is a political leader in Uttarakhand, India. He is currently minister of Labour, Employment, Small Scale Industries, Khadi & Village Industries and Dairy Development[2] in current Indian National Congress Government.He is elected M.L.A from Lalkuan, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India in 2012 Assembly Elections as Independent candidate.

Political Journey

He won 2012 Assembly Elections as Independent candidate from Lalkuan constituency. Before this win, he was candidate of Indian National Congress from Dhari (Nainital) constituency in 2007.

Harish Chandra Durgapal strongly believes that Industrialization can play vital role for create Employment and helpful to state growth. He was addressing a convention in Haridwar.[3] He is also working for Infrastructure at Khadi board [4] in state.
