Ivan Vasilyevich Arkhipov (Russian: Иван Васильевич Архипов; Kaluga , 18 April [O.S. 1 May] 1907 – Moscow, 28 February 1998) was a Soviet-Russian statesman who was First Deputy of the Council of Ministers from 1980 to 1986.
