Julian Wilson Stephenson (September 2, 1883 – November 22, 1964) was an American football, basketball and baseball coach. He served as the head football coach at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama from 1920 to 1921 and from 1929 to 1930. He also served as the school's head men's basketball coach (1928–1941, 1945–1951) and head baseball coach (1948–1954).[1]
Stephenson was a student at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.[2]
Stephenson also served as the head football coach at Jacksonville High School in 1928.[3] He was the brother of Alabama football star and Major League Baseball player Riggs Stephenson.
