James Howle "Jay" Lucas (born August 11, 1957) is an American politician and attorney. He is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 65th District, serving since 1999. He is a member of the Republican party.[2]
Lucas was elected Speaker of the House in late 2014 after the resignation of Bobby Harrell.[3]
