Joseph Egger, also known as Josef Egger, (22 February 1889 – 29 August 1966) was an Austrian character actor of western films.[1]
Besides acting he was a well-known music hall comedian, and he was famous for doing "tricks" with his beard.
He appeared as a character actor in western films including the first two films of the "Dollars Trilogy" directed by Sergio Leone, A Fistful of Dollars[1] (1964) and For a Few Dollars More[1] (1965), shortly before his death.
