List of Sahitya Akademi Award winners for Kashmiri

The Sahitya Akademi Awards have been given annually since 1955 by the Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters. They are awarded to writers in the various languages of India in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the upliftment of Indian literature. The following list comprises award winners for Kashmiri literature.[1]

There was no award given for Kashmiri literature in 1955, 1957, 1959, 1960, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1968, 1971, 1973, 1974, 1977, 1980, 1983 and 1996.[2]
