This is a Chinese name; the family name is Lu.

Lu Kai (198–269), courtesy name Jingfeng, was an official of the state of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period. He was a distant nephew of Lu Xun, who served as the chancellor of Wu during the reign of Sun Quan. Lu Kai was one of the few officials daring to speak against the emperor Sun Hao's behaviour, but after his death, Sun Hao exiled his family due to resentment for Lu Kai's honesty.
