MS Superfast XII is a fast Ro-Pax jumbo ferry owned by the Superfast Ferries company. She was built in 2002 by a shipyard in Lübeck, Germany, and is the last vessel of 12. It is a sister ship of Superfast XI.

Superfast XII was on the route PatrasAncona until March 2009. From March 2009 it is on the route PiraeusHeraklion (Crete).From May 25, 2015 it is on route Piraeus-Syros-Patmos-Leros-Kos-Rhodes.
