Mary Lou Robinson (born 1926) is a Senior United States federal judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Born in Dodge City, Kansas, Robinson received a B.A. from the University of Texas in 1948 and an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1950. She was in private practice in Amarillo, Texas from 1950 to 1955. She was a judge on the County Court, Potter County, Texas from 1955 to 1958. She was a judge on the 108th District Court of Texas, Amarillo from 1961 to 1973. She was a Justice, Court of Civil Appeals, Seventh Supreme Judicial District of Texas from 1973 to 1979. She was a Chief justice from 1977 to 1979.

Robinson was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Robinson was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on February 23, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629. She was confirmed by the United States Senate on April 24, 1979, and received her commission on April 26, 1979. She assumed senior status on February 3, 2016.
