Matt Moonen is an American politician, who was elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2012.[1] He represents the 118th House District as a member of the Democratic Party.
Openly gay, Moonen is a former director of Equality Maine.[2] He is one of five openly gay members of the Maine Legislature, alongside Reps. Andrew McLean (D–Gorham), Justin Chenette (D–Saco), Terry Morrison (D–South Portland) and Craig Hickman (D–Winthrop).
