Milagrosa (formerly named for Tulo) is a barangay of City in Calama. It is Geographically situated at the south edge of the city. It houses various and housing land area of Calamba housing project by Pag-Ibig such as in Barangay Barandal, Palo Alto, Majada-Out and Canlubang. Barangay Milagrosa (former barangay name) as Tulo it means that name unfit. That the name of Tulo change to name Milagrosa.

This barangay is an important barangay in the city of calamba. The Carmelray Industrial Park 2 in Milagrosa is second of the largest area of the factory near in Calamba City, The Carmelray Industrial Park 1, is situated in Barangay Canlubang, among the Silangan Estate Industrial Park.
