Outnumbered is an American daytime news and talk show that airs on Fox News Channel. The series features four female panelists along with one guest male panelist (hence being "outnumbered") discussing the issues of the day.[1] The program premiered on April 28, 2014.[2]

Three of the four panel positions are usually filled by Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner, Fox Business Network host Sandra Smith, and conservative commentator Andrea Tantaros. The fourth spot features a rotation of several semi-regular personalities, including actress Stacey Dash, pop culture commentator/Fox Business Network host Lisa Kennedy Montgomery (more famously known as simply Kennedy), Democratic strategist Julie Roginsky, radio talk show host Meghan McCain, and actress/Fox Business Network host Melissa Francis.

Outnumbered is aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. ET, sandwiched in between Happening Now (which is now split into two one-hour shows).
