Pa'O Self-Administered Zone (Burmese: ပအိုဝ္းကုိယ္ပုိင္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ခြင့္ရေဒသ [pəʔo̰ kòbàɪɴ ʔoʊʔtɕʰoʊʔ kʰwɪ̰ɴja̰ dèθa̰]), as stipulated by the 2008 Myanmar Constitution, is a self-administered zone consisting of 3 townships in Shan State:[1][2]
The three townships are administratively part of Taunggyi District. Its official name was announced by decree on 20 August 2010.[3] The zone is self-administered by the Pa-O people, and is de-facto governed by the Pa-O National Organisation.
