Pan Wen-chung (Chinese: 潘文忠; pinyin: Pān Wénzhōng) is the Minister of Education of the Republic of China since 20 May 2016.[1]
Early life
Pan obtained his teaching certificate from Taiwan Provincial Junior Teachers’ College in 1983. He then obtained his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in education from National Taiwan Normal University in 1989, 1993 and 2003 respectively.[2][3]
