Principles of International Commercial Contracts

The Principles of International Commercial Contracts (PICC) of 2010[1] is a document drawn up by UNIDROIT intended to help harmonize international commercial contracts law. The first edition of which was published in 1994, and the second, enlarged edition of which was published in 2004. The third edition was published in 2010, which among others contains a new section on illegality.
