Qian Min

Qian Min' (Chinese: 钱敏; August 9, 1915 – January 6, 2016) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu. He was Communist Party of China Committee Secretary and Mayor of Chongqing.[1]
