The 1951 Singapore City Council elections was the first time as a City Council, which was renamed from Singapore Municipal Commission.

City Council consisted of a total of 6 seats representing the south side of the island. There was 26 831 eligible voters during the elections.

Results

The Progressive Party and Labour Party had an even split of seats with each party taking three each.
