Deborah Ann Stirling Gallacher (born 30 November 1970 in Bowdon, Altrincham, Cheshire) is an English actress.
Career
Gallacher played Dr. Georgina Woodson in the British television drama Doctors from 2003 to 2009. In 2007, along with co-star Seán Gleeson, she won the 'Best On Screen Partnership' award at the British Soap Awards.[1][2]
She has worked with actor/comedian Ricky Gervais, appearing in Gervais's stand up show Animals and playing Jennifer Taylor-Clarke in both series of The Office.[3] Following this, she starred in Little Britain as the Prime Minister's wife.[4] Gallacher co-wrote and co-directed the play, The Seven Deadly Sins, with Andrea Seale.
Personal life
Stirling has a son, Ulysses, born in January 2004.[5] On 20 June 2009, she married her ex Doctors co-star, and on-screen husband, Seán Gleeson.[6] They also have a baby boy born in September 2009.
