Thymoglobulin

Thymoglobulin (manufactured by sanofi) is a rabbit anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin preparation commonly used for induction therapy in kidney and heart transplant patients.[1] It may also be used in the treatment of acute allograft rejection, particularly when corticosteroids are ineffective in reversing the rejection.[2]
