Treaty of Rome commonly refers to a 1957 international agreement that led to the founding of the European Economic Community (EEC). It may also refer to:
- Treaty of Rome (1924) between Kingdom of Italy and Kingdom of Yugoslavia, which created the Free State of Fiume (in and around the present-day city of Rijeka)
- Treaties of Rome (1941) between Kingdom of Italy and the Independent State of Croatia, which agreed borders between the two and established Italy's Governorate of Dalmatia
- Euratom Treaty, signed at the same time as the Treaty of Rome in 1957, establishing the European Atomic Energy Community
- Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (2002), the treaty that established the ICC.
- Second Treaty of Rome (2004) also known as the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe
