Tunisia (TUN) has competed at every celebration of the All-Africa Games. since its inauguration in 1965, and at the last edition in 2015 Tunisian athletes have won a total of 666 medals.

In 1978 All-Africa Games, Tunisia was the top country on medal table with a total of 63 medals.
