WTXX-LP is a low-powered television station for the Pioneer Valley area of Massachusetts that is licensed to Springfield. Owned by Tyche Broadcasting, it broadcasts an analog signal on UHF channel 34 from a transmitter southeast of Wilbraham. This is also the location of the digital operations for low-powered CBS affiliate WSHM-LD. [1] WTXX is the former call sign of Connecticut's The CW affiliate WCCT-TV. WTXX holds no cable coverage in the area, nor is it mentioned in paper television listings.

In June 2013, former owner R and S Broadcasting reached a deal to sell WTXX, along with sister station WRNT-LP in Hartford, Connecticut, to Landover 5 LLC.[1] However, the deal eventually fell through when Landover 5 made clear it was only purchasing the station to offer it up for the 2016 FCC spectrum auction, and both stations were instead sold to Tyche Broadcasting, Inc.[2]
