Wang Sanyun

Wang Sanyun (Chinese: 王三运; born December 1952) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2011 as the Communist Party Secretary of Gansu province. Wang was first appointed as the acting Governor of Anhui, as well as vice-governor, in December 2007.[1] He was re-elected Governor by the Anhui Provincial People's Congress on January 31, 2008.[1] In December 2011, he became the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Gansu.[2]
Wang was born in 1952 and is originally from Shan County in Shandong Province.[1] He joined the Communist Party, a prerequisite for political office, in 1979.[1] He worked in Guizhou, Sichuan and Fujian provinces before moving to Anhui in 2007.[1]
