This is Jumpy, he is a stuffed bunny toy that KC the Koala had when she was a baby. Well, not really, something I made up in my headcanon when I say a baby bunny character on Pupstruction (also created by T.O.T.S. creator Travis Braun) and thought it'd be cute to make as a stuffed toy KC had when she was young.
But anyways, Jumpy would come to life in KCs little imaginative play session where he would accompany her as her little caretaker if she needed anything, but also as her close friend. He doesn't speak but communicate with hand gestures and such. KC would know most of the time what he is trying to say due to their friendship being close, so she doesn't have that hard of a time learning what he means. But she might give him a voice someday, we'll see what happens.
