Dark Obsession

You know he’s using the pet name as a way to get under your skin, to have you snap and react so that he can continue to fuel that fire until you make a mistake but you aren’t going to let him get there. You’ll play along. “Not my safety, yours.” He tilts his head slightly, “we wouldn’t want our asset to give himself a lobotomy before he manages to be useful to us.”
Seonghwa’s mask is just as tight as yours, if what you said bothered him, it didn’t show. He simply puts the item back into the drawer and leans closer to you – expecting you to lean away but you don’t. “I’m an asset, am I?”
“Yes, you are a tool we are using to catch a killer.”
He eyes you up and down, biting his lip, “is that all you want to use me for?”

Hey! I’m doing okay! For the most part, it’s the focus and motivation that has been the biggest struggle 😭 how have you been? I miss seeing you around!

He lays there, eyes closed and training his ears on the sound of your moans and he’s struggling to stay sane. Jongin doesn’t know when it started, his interest in you, he doesn’t think that you’re something overly special – or that’s what he tells himself. He says that there are hundreds of beautiful women out there, that there are thousands of eyes that shine when they smile, dozens of kind hearts who would try their hardest to cook a meal that everyone enjoyed. Jongin tries to keep himself disinterested but the more he reasons with himself, the more he finds himself falling.

Since my writing style has improved over the years, I’ll be working on this to hopefully make it bigger and better. Part of me would love to just edit the original work because it was something that was well loved and I think it’s one of my works that has the most notes but I will post it as a new work and link the old one.
