kindlyは依頼の時に結構使う言葉なのです。相手に迷惑をかけたのに、それでも手間を取ってくれるとは、親切な行動ですよね？なので「kindly」を使うのです。個人的に「宜しくお願いします」の「宜しく」に似ていますが、どうでしょうか。

Like "we request that you have Eiken level 2 English ability" means someone would like you to have that ability, but you don't NEED it. "We require you to have Eiken level 2 ability" means you cannot get that job unless you have the Eiken level 2. It is necessary.

Grammatically what you have is okay I think, but because you wrote the requests and questions... I would assume that you know whether they are questions or requests, so it sounds more natural to say "and" (rather than "or")
