A bit of tasting and testing later, I made these super simple and delicious 2 ingredient Parmesan palmier crackers! Crispy, caramelised cheese wrapped in crunchy puff pastry 😋 Here’s what you’ll need for ~20 palmiers: 👉 one rectangular sheet puff pastry 👉 3 tbsp grated Parmesan 1. Lay your puff pastry on a flat surface and sprinkle Parmesan on top 3. Roll both sides in then cut your log into 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) slices (tip: for easier cutting, place your log in the freezer for 10-15 mins) 4.
