Enliven your “Day of the Dead” altar by decorating a vinyl backdrop with assorted colored balloons & bulb string lights. Adorn the table with a black tablecloth & layer a Mexican serape runner on top to exude flamboyance. Also, scatter orange marigold flowers and hang a wood bead tassel garland at the front of the table.
