BTW, it’s Sunday when posting this (a total of 5 days in the bag), and the bread in this bag is STILL going strong. No mold, not stale. I’m stoked to have found a more eco-friendly option for storing bread as opposed to ziplock bags.

Also, it’s worth mentioning that sourdough bread freezes really well. If I don’t think we’ll eat all the sourdough within a week, I’ll go ahead and slice the bread, place in a single layer on a sheet tray, and freeze for about an hour or two. 

Then, you can put them in freezer bags and pull out a slice when you need them. So… next up is finding a more eco-friendly freezer bag
