Smashing things into smithereens seems to be a popular theme for high shutter speed photography. I think this photo was very successful, as the hammer truly appears to be frozen in time. In this particular moment, the bottle still appears to be holding on in its final moments as a dignified bottle. All the bits and pieces of the shattered glass are clearly discernible.
