Hayhay crochet

I am so happy with how this turned out, and though the colors I chose were very influenced by fall, I think its perfect for winter as well! As with any crochet project, you can change the colors of this cardigan to reflect any season or any color scheme you like!

It's the "Checkerboard Icebox Cookie" Sweater Vest! Until very recently, I never even knew what these cookies where called until one of my lovely followers informed me of their name. The checkered pattern is very on trend at the moment and since I've wanted to make a sweater vest inspired by this cookie for a while now, this timing worked out perfectly!

This beanie is a nice, more subtle way to ease your way into the checkered trend. It's a very basic, simple beanie made up of mostly half double crochet!
