✨1.  For a quick boost, get up right away, put your arms above your head and say “YES YES YES”! The more you do this the more you’re teaching your brain that mornings are worth celebrating. 

✨2. For a slow morning, sit up in bed right away and sip on some cold water (I use my @ironflask to keep my water super cold overnight). While you sit there and let your brain wake up, visualize your goals. Use that theta trance state to feed your brain positive images!

✨3. Dreamscrolling! If you’re gonna scroll no matter what, instead of social media open Pinterest and scroll on images that inspire you and represent your goals.
