This is a Tiger Moth. In bug guide it is identified as a Salt Marsh Moth which apparently is a type of Tiger Moth. I saw three of them in a field next to my house. This one fell off the stem it was perched on when I was trying to get a shot. I placed it back on a leaf and got this shot.
