Breakfast bowls 🍳 
Preheat oven to 350
Place 1 frozen hash brown per glass dish. 

Scramble 2 eggs & 2 tbsp milk per dish. Here I did 4 eggs and more milk. 

Pour over each hash brown and sprinkle with S&P. 

Sprinkle shredded cheese and bake for 15-20 mins or until egg is firm. 

Now add your toppings- I did one with pico and guacamole salsa but you could add whatever veggies you want. Avocado would be good too!
