👉Besides exercise, manual therapy and traction can also be beneficial in terms of reducing pain associated with certain issues including generalized neck pain and nerve symptoms (numbness, tingling, etc) that radiate into the arm.

🔎Neck traction can either be performed by a practitioner or by a mechanical unit. Today’s post shows a traction technique that I use with some of my patients.

🧠This technique is generally quite safe to perform, but I would recommend seeing a practitioner (physio, chiropractor, osteopath) for this type of treatment rather than trying this with a partner at home.
