(Serves 2) 

This oats halwa will be a healthy solution to your sugar cravings. It’s made with 100% oats & jaggery powder. Very easy to make & a great option for kids too. 
Pls note use the same bowl for measuring all ingredients to get the same result. 

Method: 
-Take 1 small bowl instant oats. I have used @saffola.official 
-Dry roast for 3-4min & keep aside to cool. 
-Once cool grind to a fine powder in a blender. 
-Now take pan, add 1 small bowl jaggery powder & 2 bowls water(keep the bowl same for all measurements) add 1/2tsp cardamom powder. 
-Bring this to a boil, till the jaggery dissolves.
