🧨 pro tip - take your time on the pike pushup. the further your arms and legs are apart, the easier it is. also, the further your hands are from each other, the more stable the pushup will be. 🔥 
🧨 pro tip 2.0 - ive set this up as a forward moving core exercise, but you can take out the inchworm portion of it and just perform the knee tuck and pike pushup, then back to starting position with the knee tuck. 🔥
