Literally tastes like cake, even though there’s no dairy, gluten, or refined sugar. It’s also a single serving, so no need to share 😉

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats (I used gluten-free)
- ½ banana (the riper, the better, since this adds sweetness)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Dark chocolate chips
- Optional: 1-2 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

Instructions:
1. Blend all your ingredients (except chocolate chips) until well combined.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin or oven-safe dish.
3. Add dark chocolate chips on top.
4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
