How often should you replace your breastpump parts? 💡 Valves, membranes, and backflow protectors wear out faster than you think and can affect your milk output! Here’s a quick guide on when to replace them to keep your pump working at its best and maintain your supply✨ 

👉 Duckbill valves: Replace every 2-3 months if you use your pump less than once a day, every 3 to 4 weeks if you pump more than once a day and every 2 weeks if you exclusively pump
👉 Valve membranes: Replace every 2 months if you use your pump less than once a day, and replace every 2-4 weeks if using more frequently
👉 Backflow protectors: Replace every 2 to 3 months if you pump once a day and every 6 to 8 weeks if you pump more frequently
