Serves 3 
230 calories and 22 G protein /serving 

Ingredients 
1.5 Cup Soya chunks 
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt /hung curd 
Handful chopped  cilantro leaves 
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder 
1/2 tsp Garam masala (MDH)
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 Turmeric powder 
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsb minced Garlic 
1.5 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsb almond flour ( if you don’t have it , add more rice flour ) 
2 tsp  Oil 
Little chaat masala to sprinkle at the end 

Tadka 
1 tsp oil 
1 small chopped garlic
2 small green chillies chopped 
10-12Curry leaves 
1.5-2 tbsp Maggie hot and sweet tomato sauce or any tomato ketchup ( adjust )
You can unsweetened tomato ketchup too

300 ml Amul Protein buttermilk 
1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder
