My first Job was at Steak & Ale. I started as a host then moved slowly in to the kitchen. On of the first things i had to memorize to make prep work faster was the Hawaiian Chicken marinade. After I moved on to a different carrier i kept it close to heart as my family loves eating it. The Steak and Ale Hawaiian Chicken takes about 3 days to marinade. It does not have to take that long.
