The demand for walkable neighborhoods is increasing. Millennials and seniors are choosing to live in areas that don't require access to a car to live their daily life. If every city started developing 20 minute neighborhoods, the use of cars and CO2 emissions would decrease. Walking for 20 minutes to get to any place would outweigh the cost of a car, its insurance, oil changes, gas, etc.
