Respect is a key requirement for a healthy work environment, as it promotes teamwork and increases productivity and efficiencies. For an employee it drives loyalty, fulfillment and the motivation to perform. It is easy for us as individuals to intentionally be respectful and work towards earning respect from others. However for me the challenge is - How do I remain respectful, when I am being disrespected?
