I think you can play ssbc on windows 11 because one of my friends have a windows 11 pc and it ran totally fine maybe because of hardware but it works fine
Yea maybe its because my PC is low-end
(but it was working before though)

Maybe try more version i mentioned above for better performance if it's a performance issue
