The gameplay is seemingly really simple at first but it started to get more interesting when I got to the boss that had weak spots, but I died at the end. The game is really fun though :D

The visuals look pretty nice, and I like how you play as the mouse cursor instead of any specific fish. I wish there was something else in there though that could add more stakes to the gameplay loop. I did like how two fish could get hooked at the same time, but maybe one species of fish can be more valuable than another, so you'd have to do some decision making in which fish you want to save? Just an idea, but nice job!
I like the presentation, and the game feels pretty nice to control! However, the gameplay loop could use a bit work, since once you find the optimal strategy of chasing someone, it becomes pretty easy to chase. I DO understand the idea that reverse roles have to do with you tagging and the other person tagging you, but I think it'd be nice if you can control two characters independently than controlling both at the same time. Nice job though!
I really like the idea of controlling the health bars, especially with the fact that these health bars correspond to actions you normally do if the roles weren't reversed. I wish there could've been a little more to it, like a gameplay loop that felt a bit more complex than rock paper scissors, but this was still neat as a concept!
