You nailed it with the artstyle! This was a really neat game overall.

This combat was a little inconsistent, but is overall pretty solid.

I really like the aesthetic, it's quite inspired! I'm impressed with how you got a pretty complex 3D game to work pretty well on web.

Yeah, this game is its own form of horror. This is one of the most interesting puzzles I've seen. Great work!

The concept was cute, and the artstyle seems familiar...

Cars, am I right? The perspective was really well done (good use of 3D graphics!) I know the pain of not having an HTML port (3D games often just can't run on web), but I still the game is enjoyable.

I think that the monster was actually quite unsettling, this was one of the more horrifying games of the jam. I enjoyed the game overall, good work!

Well, that's the most evil frog I've ever encountered in my entire life.

I think the core concept was excellent. I'd love to see more of this in the future.

For the type of movement, I think that the platforming was solid! I feel kind of bad for killing those guys :(

Honestly, I really just like the aesthetic. Excellent shader work here.

Interesting game! I'm really liking the 3D games in this jam so far.

Props to Faop for the art, I really adored it. The level design was perfect given for movement the system you made.

I wish there was more levels, as I was just getting the hang of the movement system (which is overly snappy and I kind of loved it). I also kind of liked the aesthetic. As someone who also made a 3D game for the first time this jam, great work for your first 3D game!

I think the puzzle design was perfect with a lot of good supporting mechanics! Good work.

I think the monster design was really cool. The point and click style of movement was disorienting at times, but I think that having to learn your way around the map really added to the horror element. Good work!

I really love the aesthetic, it reminds me of a lot of Iron Lung. Everything in this game is just really cool.

The level design worked with the movement mechanics quite well! Good work.

scared the shit out of me, 10/10 great work

I'm happy to see that you've leaned entirely into this jam's theme of "Horror;" this game has a neat idea, and the artstyle is actually quite endearing and cohesive. Good work.

The gameplay was simple but very enjoyable, and I adored the artstyle.

I liked the core concept of the game a lot, and there's a lot to expand upon! I'd be happy to see if this game ever gets an update (even if just a little one) after the jam ends.

I love the concept! It was quite enjoyable regardless of the simplicity.

This is a really neat game! The graphics are some of the best I've seen in this jam.

I was thinking about instead binding the spells to Z, X, and C (or perhaps some other system).
Maybe that would work better as you switch spells a lot more frequently (they had longer CDs when the system was first made)

Very interesting movement system! With a little bit more polish, the platforming can be really fun!

The environment is very nice! I really like the art style of the game.

A neat little game. The platforming was a little finicky, but I liked the sprite art.

I've never seen a Scratch game in a jam before, but this is really cool! Excellent work.

(you can also embed this game so it's directly playable on the itch.io site! In the project settings, you can set the Kind of Project to HTML and select your file as playable in-browser from there. Again, this is cool!)

The platforming was simple but fun! Some audio really would've added to this, but the overall aesthetics were great.

I really like the art direction so far! The camera + player controls were a little unintuitive, but it'd be an interesting movement system if it had a little fine-tuning.

This is really neat! The gameplay loop is fun and the hit effects are really well done.

This is really cool! I don't see PICO-8 games very often in game jams.

Oh! I just realized a mistake in the HTML build. The instructions aren't updated in that version, so it doesn't tell you how to sprint (Hold CTRL/SHIFT to Sprint). With sprinting, catching up to the intruder shouldn't be near-impossible.
(another tip is to place tripwires in locations the thief is likely to cross!)

EDIT: I've just added the instructions for SPRINTING in the description below the game.

That's a great idea!! I'd love to give this game multiplayer functionality in the future, in addition to some new levels (with increased difficulty!) I'll probably continue development after the jam ends.

I intended for the easy difficulty to be the starting point for people who are new to the game. Perhaps I could've labeled it as "beginner."

I'm aware of that bug, and it's purely a visual one. The line drawer doesn't function properly on HTML, which I'm still trying to figure out...

That's a strange bug, sorry about that. I'll figure out a fix after the jam ends!

I enjoyed it, but it was a little repetitive at times. I liked the dash slowdown, but the dash itself could've been a little less stiff.

It could use a little more juice, and I think some screen shake + effects would really impact the feel of the game (perhaps at the cost of the simple visuals). It was nice to play, although it lacked in originality and could've worked around the theme a little better.
