Thank you ^_^

Cute and nice.  I like the puzzles.

Good job.

Amazing and cute game. I loved how she got drugged.  That's really a good one.😂

Great job!  I love the game, the theme, and grandma.

Thanks.  Glad you enjoyed it.

I took a couple of days off work including the weekend to work on it 😂.

I'm a game dev at heart but my full time job is trying to kill it. 🥲.

Thank you so much 😊.  That's really encouraging.

I'm currently fixing some issue.

I've added another cool weapon and fixed the upgrades issue.

I will be more than happy if you will try it again after the jam timing ends (final copy will be uploaded).

Thanks for the video and the critiques 😅.

I'm still working on the game, but I tried to make the page and submit quickly because today is the last day.

I've added another cool weapon and fixed the upgrades issue.

I came across the Cozy Winter Jam 2025, and I was wondering what would make a game cozy because I've never played or made a cozy game.  When I checked the previous Cozy Winter Jam 2023 results, I know now why you got first place.  You're game is the identification of coziness.  I love it so much.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m thrilled to hear that the game felt spot-on for the theme and that you appreciated the polish and clarity of the mechanics. Your feedback means a lot!

Thank you for the feedback! I’m glad you liked the graphical style and retro aesthetic. I’ll look into fixing the bugs you mentioned, especially the sliding section and collectibles stuck in the scenery.

Your insights are really helpful for improving the game.  Thanks for taking the time to share them!

Thank you so much for playing and for the thoughtful feedback! I'm really glad you liked the penguin and overall experience. I’ll definitely consider slowing the start and zooming out a bit to make those jumps more manageable.

Your input means a lot!

Pengu indeed! 🐧 Thanks for checking out the game.  I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts! I'm glad you enjoyed the game, though I see the sealion (our red dude) might have left a lasting impression! 😉

I'll keep that in mind for future updates!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed the art style and found the controls responsive.

Thank you for the detailed feedback!

I appreciate you pointing out the difficulty and visibility issues. I’ll work on adjusting the game speed and camera to make it more manageable and ensure obstacles are easier to spot. Your suggestions will definitely help improve the gameplay experience!

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the game and its walrus antics.  It’s great to hear that the runner was fun for you!

Thank you so much for your kind words and constructive feedback!

I’m glad you enjoyed the mechanics despite the challenge; it’s all part of the fun! I’ll definitely work on fixing the parallax effect and improving the visibility of the blue spikes.

Adding full keyboard navigation is a great suggestion, and I’ll look into implementing it in the next update.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts!

Thank you for the feedback! I'm happy to hear you liked the art style and found it fitting for an endless runner. I totally get the impatience with the dash, it's all part of the fun (and the challenge)! Glad you gave it a try!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm so glad you enjoyed the penguin/arctic theme and found the art style adorable. Endless runners are such a fun genre to work with, and it’s awesome to hear that it resonated with you!

Thank you so much.  Glad you like it.

Thank you so much for playing it and for the detailed feedback! I’ll definitely improve the contrast for the ice cones and make the platforms more visible.  I’ll also consider tweaking the starting mechanics for better clarity.

I appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the art style and animations.

Your feedback keeps me motivated to keep improving Polar Rush!

I love the game.  New ideas are always fun to play.

I'm not a good player but this one clicked for me. Keep up the great work.

I was not good at it.  But it felt fun to play.

I like it!

I like the suspense!

I felt so anxious crossing guards.  I like it overall.

I'm not a fan of dialogues.
I like the game but I wish I didn't waste much time at the beginning in order to understand the game play.

Good job though.

I liked the characters.  I had some hard time with the traps but it was enjoyable.

It was very challenging.  The artwork is eye-catching.

I couldn't play the game as it was too zoomed in.

Can you please fix it and will try it again.

I loved the game!

I slipper weapon is so funny and creative.  Loved the character as she is coming for all the children on the plant.  😂

Thanks! I will be posting updates soon.

Thanks :D.

It was last minute addition and I'm glad I made it before the submission ends.

I will keep it for the fully developed copy of the game.

Thanks!  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for your feedback and encouraging words.  Glad you had fun playing it.

I've been off game development for over 2 years, but I guess I'm back on track now.

Actually yes, it was inspired by Brotato and the Binding of Isaac; I love both games.  I wanted to create a game with the same gaming mechanics as Brotato but in the same time has some of the aspects of Binding of Isaac.

I still have more to put in it and will announce updates soon.

Thanks again.

Hey,

Thanks for your feedback. The weapon was really an issue for me 😅, but I'm planning on improving it further to make it a fully developed game. I will add more monsters and introduce bosses.

Thanks again for your time and kind feedback.  😁

Great game! I love the concept of the game and the artwork.

I got childhood flashbacks 😂

First of all, let me tell you how impressed I am with your eye-catching artwork and art style.  I want to congratulate you on a work well done and presented.

I'm a full-time employee (7 AM - 4:30 PM 🥲).  I'm thankful to my job for paying my bills and rent.  But my passion that I discovered during the lockdown was game development.  I managed to release my first short game in 2021; you can check it out CABOUS.  I started working on another project but got busy with work projects that I would get home exhausted and just want to sleep.

  • Time management is my first challenge as a full-time employee and part-time game developer.
  • Maintaining your relationships with people during the development period is another challenge.
  • Maintaining your health by sparing time to work/exercise and eating healthily is also a major issue.

I believe if you're determined to do something, you will eventually do it anyway. However, still, you don't have to overkill yourself because it will eventually get you backlash by feeling down for not producing the final project.  At least, that's what I felt.

That's all on my mind for now.

Wishing you all the best with your game.
